Police in Austin say they've recovered a video confession from the suspect behind a series of bombings. The suspect, Mark Conditt, blew himself up as police closed in on him yesterday morning. Austin Police Chief Brian Manley said Conditt talked about explosive devices in the confession. No motive was discussed in the video.        Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is apologizing for a huge data breach of user information. During an interview with CNN, Zuckerberg said he's "really sorry" data firm Cambridge Analytica improperly got access to data from over 50-million people without users' knowledge. He says he's willing to testify before Congress. He also added he is "sure someone's trying" to use Facebook to meddle with the U.S. midterm elections.       China is again warning that it will fight back if President Trump goes ahead with planned tariffs on Chinese products. The Chinese commerce minister said today that his nation will take all measures to defend its rights and interests. Trump is set to announce tariffs later today on 60-billion-dollars worth of Chinese goods, a tenth of all Chinese exports to the U.S.        A huge nor'easter is moving through New England today after pounding the Northeast. Millions are digging themselves out of the winter storm that dumped more than a foot of snow in some places. More than four-thousand flights were canceled yesterday and tens of thousands of customers were without power.        A Republican senator is fed up with the back-and-forth between President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden. Trump and Biden have threatened to beat each other up in a new war of words. In a tweet this morning, Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse [[ sass ]] referred to the budget bill Congressional leaders have worked out. Sasse then wrote "and meanwhile both of our crazy uncles are fistfighting in the backyard."        The NCAA Sweet 16 starts tonight. In the South Region, 11th-seeded Loyola-Chicago takes on seventh-seeded Nevada, followed by fifth-seeded Kentucky battling ninth-seeded Kansas State. Over in the West Region, third-seeded Michigan squares off with seventh-seeded Texas A&M at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles. The nightcap features fourth-seeded Gonzaga against ninth-seeded Florida State.
