Senators Ed Markey and Amy Klobuchar [[ KLO-buh-shar ]] tweeted that Zuckerberg needs to follow through on his pledge and testify under oath.        Police in Austin say bombing suspect Mark Conditt left behind a confession video, but it doesn't say why he did it. That comes as millions in the Northeast are digging themselves out of the nor'easter that dumped more than a foot of snow in some places. More than four-thousand flights were canceled yesterday and tens of thousands of customers were without power. Snow is continuing to fall from New Jersey to coastal southern New England.        The House Intelligence Committee is discussing a final report on the Russia investigation behind closed doors today. The majority Republican report will acknowledge Russian meddling but will say there is no evidence of collusion between Moscow and the Trump campaign. Committee Democrats accuse Republicans of leading a partisan investigation and call the adoption of the report premature.        President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden are sizing each other up. Biden said this week that if he had been in high school with Trump, he would take him out behind the gym and "beat the hell out of him" over his crude comments about women. Trump tweeted this morning that it would actually be Biden who "would go down fast and hard, crying all the way."        The NCAA Sweet 16 kicks off tonight.
